At BURGA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion accessory isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
